Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.

Delivery times vary by destination and product, and are shown on each product page. International orders may take longer during customs processing.

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships, where tracking is supported by the shipping method used.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and select European countries.

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

Occasionally shipments are delayed due to carrier or customs issues beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the responsibility of the customer.
